You upload your file. We'll update it to ensure quality before it gets send to production. If there's an issue with the file, or we need to clarify something, we'll email you. - How are the shirts and mugs made?
We have outgrown our space, and we partner with Printify for physical products. Our custom made images are uploaded and sublimated onto high quality shirts, mugs and other items. - Do you offer refunds on apparel?
Refunds are not provided due to the personalization of each item, please refer to the size guides in the images to ensure you purchase the right size. If the size is incorrect due to manufacturing, please email us. - How fast will I get my purchase?
Digital downloads are instantly delivered via email. Apparel typically ships in 2 business days, and personalized items ship within 2-3 days. Most products are delivered within 7 days.
- What are the Digital Downloads for?
A. You can use the png, jpeg and svg files on Cricut and Silhouette design software. You can also use the images as print outs. - Are the Digital Downloads available for commercial use?
No, at this time all digital downloads are only available for personal use, and are not to be resold in any fashion including reselling the files as your own or reselling products with the images. - I have an idea for a design, can Anthem help?
