Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, refunds are not provided. If you experience issues with the files, please email us. 

Physical Products
The turnaround time for physical products is 2-4 to print (all items are made to order), and 2-5 business days for shipping. Due to the made to order aspect, refunds are not provided. Please be sure to refer to the size charts included within the listing images to ensure a proper fit. If you receive an item that does not fit due to manufacturer error, please email us. 

Iron-on Names
Anthem is not responsible for customer-provided mis-spellings or issues with personal laundry; refunds are not provided.
